Buf Architecture Studio LLC is architect and mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for a new bank branch in northwest Arkansas. Encore Bank’s goal was to create an office and bank space that reworked a typical banking experience by featuring an open lounge and reception, officials say. The design features frameless glass with warm wood tones, industrial metal and exposed painted ceiling structures. Dave Grundfest Co. (Little Rock, Arkansas) is the general contractor, and Miller Engineering PC is providing structural engineering. The project is slated to wrap in June.
