Insight Design Architects LLC is designing a 32,500-square-foot facility to house the tractor and combine repair functions for Cook Auction Co. Inc. and Cook Tractor Parts Inc. Designers say the project includes offices, mechanic shops, paint and prep bays, and large hoistways running the length of the shop. Koehn Building Systems LLC (Rich Hill) is the general contractor, and engineering work is provided by Ron Henley, civil; Snowden Engineering Inc. (Tulsa, Oklahoma), structural; and Blanchard AE Group LLC (Lawrence, Kansas), mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is expected to wrap in October.
Tea Bar & Bites Bakery & Cafe changed ownership; the Springfield-Greene County Health Department relocated one of its clinics; and a Joplin real estate investment organization affiliated with a national trade group formed the Springfield Real Estate Investors Association.
