BRP Architects designed a senior living community of 47 independent living units, 36 assisted living units and 24 memory care beds. Project architects say amenities will include a salon, fitness center, activity rooms and outdoor spaces like a walking trail, fireplace and courtyard. The project is financed by Edgewood Properties LP & Miller Commerce LLC. Snyder Construction Group LLC is the general contractor and engineering work is done by Lee Engineering and Associates LLC, civil; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The community is expected to open in March 2022.
The Courageous Church is growing its footprint with the addition of a new East Campus, made possible through a merger with the former Eastern Gate Free Will Baptist Church.
