Pinnacle Design Consultants LLC is the structural engineer for a new North Point Church campus on 8 acres in Nixa. Project officials say the 22,000-square-foot facility will seat 550 people in an adaptable worship space and features a large lobby with a coffee bar, children’s and youth areas, and an outdoor playground. North Point currently meets in Nixa at 1362 Bryan Drive. H Design Group LLC is the new campus project architect with additional engineering work by Olsson Inc., civil and landscape; and Interpres Building Solutions LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. A bid for general contractor is planned soon. The project is slated for completion by summer 2022.
Tea Bar & Bites Bakery & Cafe changed ownership; the Springfield-Greene County Health Department relocated one of its clinics; and a Joplin real estate investment organization affiliated with a national trade group formed the Springfield Real Estate Investors Association.
