Buf Architecture Studio LLC is architect for Greenway Development Group LLC’s 51-unit multifamily and mixed-use development in northeast Springfield. The 24,000-square-foot building will be a mix of studio and one-bedroom units. Design officials say the development will feature a covered patio and an all-glass second story for a fitness center. Snyder Construction Group LLC is general contractor, and Whitlock Engineering LLC is the civil engineer. The project, financed by OakStar Bank, is expected to be completed in May 2022.
The Courageous Church is growing its footprint with the addition of a new East Campus, made possible through a merger with the former Eastern Gate Free Will Baptist Church.
