CoxHealth ‘super clinic’
U.S. Highway 65 and Battlefield Road
CJW Transportation Consultants LLC is the civil engineer of CoxHealth’s latest “super clinic.” In southeast Springfield, the $13 million, 30,000-square-foot health care center will bring together multiple types of health care. CoxHealth officials say it’s designed for urgent and primary care, physical therapy and on-site radiology and lab services. H Design Group LLC and BSA Lifestructures Inc. (Overland Park, Kansas) serve as project architects. JE Dunn Construction Group Inc. is the general contractor, and IMEG Corp. is the mechanical engineer. The clinic is slated for completion by year’s end.
Tea Bar & Bites Bakery & Cafe changed ownership; the Springfield-Greene County Health Department relocated one of its clinics; and a Joplin real estate investment organization affiliated with a national trade group formed the Springfield Real Estate Investors Association.
