Torgerson Design Partners LLC is project architect for 4 by 4 Brewing Co. LLC’s expansion into the Fremont Hills area between Nixa and Ozark. Company officials say the 11,000-square-foot space will house the brewing and bottling operation and have a tap room with indoor and outdoor games. According to the designers, it’ll have vibrant colors and industrial and rustic materials like metal, glass and wood to match the brewery’s brand. Stinson Building Co. is the general contractor, with engineering work by Madrid CPWG (Bartow, Florida), civil and landscape; J&M Engineering LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The brewery, financed by Arvest Bank, is expected to open in March 2022.
Tea Bar & Bites Bakery & Cafe changed ownership; the Springfield-Greene County Health Department relocated one of its clinics; and a Joplin real estate investment organization affiliated with a national trade group formed the Springfield Real Estate Investors Association.
