Brownstones at Pinnacle Heights

Miller Engineering PC is the structural engineer for the Brownstones at Pinnacle Heights, featuring 28 residential units for purchase, each with its own finishes and lighting. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath homes will measure between 2,300 and 3,000 square feet apiece, with a two-car garage, open concept living, a fireplace, large laundry rooms and storage spanning three floors. Officials say the design by Buf Architecture Studio LLC includes expansive windows, and the building features a light-colored brick and stucco facade. Huffman & Co. (Little Rock, Arkansas) is the general contractor. Engineering work is provided by Crafton Tull (Rogers, Arkansas), civil; and Buf Studio, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is slated for completion in May 2022.
