Pinnacle Design Consultants LLC is the civil and structural engineer on the Canopy at Dry River Crossing project, a concept in community planning that offers residents best practices for healthy living complete with access to a community that highlights nature. Officials say the development, financed by BancorpSouth, brought together leading practitioners in walkable neighborhood design, high-performance green home building and ecologically restorative site and landscape practices. Hetherington Design Build Inc. is the project architect and landscape engineering work is by Vox Landscape Design. Canopy Developments LLC is the general contractor for the project, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2022.
