Insight Design Architects LLC is the project architect for 14 Mill Market, a 12,000-square-foot food hall and event venue coming to Nixa. The venue, featuring a modern industrial style, has 10 vendor booths and kitchen and prep spaces, as well as a full bar, design officials say. Outdoor amenities include a place for concerts, games and attractions. The project by owners Rich and Leah Callahan spans 3.6 acres and has an estimated cost of $3.7 million, according to past reporting. Base Construction & Management LLC is the general contractor for the project, along with engineers Toth and Associates Inc., civil and landscape; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and Mark Schober PE, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is expected to wrap by November.
Moseley’s Discount Office Products was purchased; Side Chick opened in Branson; and the Springfield franchise store of NoBaked Cookie Dough changed ownership.
