Lee Engineering and Associates LLC is the civil engineer on the new headquarters for Council of Churches of the Ozarks Inc. The project includes renovation of a 57,000-square-foot warehouse and office building the nonprofit acquired from SRC Holdings Corp., according to past reporting. The design, by Paragon Architecture LLC, includes office spaces, a chapel and a warehouse with loading docks and racking for food pantry storage. Nonprofit officials say the project is part of a $6.2 million capital campaign. J&M Engineering LLC is the structural engineer and RTM Engineering Consultants LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. A general contractor has not yet been selected for the project that is slated for completion by June 2023.
