Grandview Branch Library renovation and addition

True Engineering Group LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for the 12,500-square-foot renovation and 4,500-square-foot addition to the Grandview Branch Library. Officials say the $3.5 million renovation and expansion includes new community and program rooms, an upgraded HVAC system, enhanced entry, native landscaping, updated lighting and interior finishes. Sapp Design Associates Architects PC is the project architect, J.E. Dunn Construction Group Inc. is the general contractor and Olsson Inc. is the civil and structural engineer. The project is scheduled for completion in March 2021.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
