CJD Engineering LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer of Union Mill, a 363,000-square-foot senior living facility in Kansas. Officials say it is designed by architect H Design Group LLC with apartments ranging from studio to three bedrooms. An outdoor courtyard features a swimming pool, dog park, grilling and fire pits. Indoor amenities for the project include fitness and game rooms, a kitchen for cooking demonstrations, library, chapel and technology lounge. Team C Construction LLC is the general contractor, and additional engineering work is by KE Miller Engineering PA (Wichita, Kansas), civil; and Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural. The project is slated for completion by September 2021.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
