Buf Studio is the project architect and mechanical engineer for an exterior renovation of the four-building The Brownstones complex in northwest Arkansas. The 32,500-square-foot renovation of the 16 townhouses includes wood, cement and colorful metal screens along the ground-floor patios, which connect to the Razorback Greenway trail. The Dave Grundfest Co. (Little Rock, Arkansas) is the general contractor, and additional engineering work is by CEI Engineering Associates Inc. (Bentonville, Arkansas), civil; and Miller Engineering PC, structural. The project is slated for completion in January 2021.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
