The Funplex at Myrtle Beach

Insight Design Architects LLC designed The Funplex at Myrtle Beach, a “pocket theme park” situated on a small parcel off the beach that is currently being used as a parking lot. Officials say the food and beverage area will feature a restaurant with a beach theme, including an open-air bar with a view of the park. A general contractor has not been selected. Engineering work is by Development Resource Group (Myrtle Beach, South Carolina), civil and landscape; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and Blanchard AE Group LLC (Lawrence, Kansas) mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is expected to be completed in March 2021.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
