Project description: A facade upgrade to this shopping center includes the removal of an existing canopy, sidewalks and curb islands and the installation of new footings, structural steel and metal stud framing, an aluminum storefront system and exterior treatments to provide an updated look, officials say. A new 30-foot promenade is planned with benches, light posts, a courtyard and bioswales, along with parking lot updates. Boti Architects LLC is project architect and mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer, while Own Inc. handled the civil engineering and Wells & Scaletty LLC performed the structural work.
