Project officials say the O’Reilly Auto Parts is designed as a hub store, with extra warehouse space included. Esterly Schneider & Associates Inc. is serving as project architect, and the engineers are Own Inc., civil; JS Smith Consulting Engineers PC, structural; and Smith-Goth Engineers Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
Springfield event venue Belamour LLC gained new ownership; The Wok on West Bypass opened; and Hawk Barber & Shop closed on a business purchase that expanded its footprint to Ozark.
