Project description: The government office addition includes an emergency call center on the first floor with tornado shelter protection meeting International Code Council 500 design and construction standards, as well as a front desk, project officials say. The second floor will feature a conference room and offices, while the project also calls for replacing the center’s plaza. Paragon Architecture LLC is the project architect, and engineers are Toth and Associates Inc., civil and structural, and RTM Engineering Consultants LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
