Project description: Ozarks Technical Community College is remodeling its Industry and Transportation Technology Center at its Springfield campus. The ground floor will be made ready for a plumbing lab, and the second-floor layout includes additional offices and interior remodeling, project officials say. Serving as project architect is Hood-Rich Inc., and engineers are Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural, and Interpres Building Solutions LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
Springfield event venue Belamour LLC gained new ownership; The Wok on West Bypass opened; and Hawk Barber & Shop closed on a business purchase that expanded its footprint to Ozark.
