Project description: Two buildings are underway in Ozark for U-Haul Company of Missouri: a 90,000-square-foot multistory, climate-controlled structure to house U-Boxes, which are portable storage and moving containers, and a 17,000-square-foot U-Haul Truck Share 24/7 facility for self-pickup and return of rental trucks through smartphones at any hour. The architect is Buddy Webb & Co. Inc., and engineers are Own Inc., civil; Terry W. Wall Jr. & Associates PC (Grayson, Georgia), structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
A City Utilities employee since 2017 with a 25-year legal background, he now leads the municipal utility provider with an $895 million annual budget.
