Project description: The Crossings at East Cherry multifamily apartments is designed for dog lovers. The one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment complex is designed with a clubhouse, dog wash and dog yard. Next door, the 5-acre Bark Yard is expected to open to the public in spring 2021 with an indoor and outdoor dog park and a dog-friendly bar. The project architect is Buxton Kubik Dodd Design Collective, and Anderson Engineering Inc. is the civil engineer.
Burger Bar launched in the lobby of Springfield’s Vib hotel; Gold Mechanical Inc. conducted an acquisition; and the Springfield office of Omaha, Nebraska-based HDR Engineering Inc. moved.
