Project description: TLC Properties is constructing a 112-unit apartment complex for those 55 and older. Monarch Apartments will range from micro-studios to three-bedroom units, officials say. Features include a hot tub, pool, accessible fitness center and yoga room, tennis court, library and community spaces. H Design Group LLC is the project architect for the four-story building, with engineering work by Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; Lee Engineering & Associates LLC; civil; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
Burger Bar launched in the lobby of Springfield’s Vib hotel; Gold Mechanical Inc. conducted an acquisition; and the Springfield office of Omaha, Nebraska-based HDR Engineering Inc. moved.
