Project description: West Plains-based developer Overland Properties LLC is adding on to Battlefield Towers at the northeast corner of Lone Pine Avenue and Battlefield Road. The stand-alone building is designed for two tenants – one of which is set to be a second location for Kingdom Coffee, developer Rod Hamby has said. The building will feature nearly all glass walls and a back deck overlooking the greenway trail behind the property. Arkifex Studios LLC is the project architect, with engineering work by Overland Engineering LLC (West Plains), civil; J&M Engineering LLC, structural; and True Engineering Group LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
Burger Bar launched in the lobby of Springfield’s Vib hotel; Gold Mechanical Inc. conducted an acquisition; and the Springfield office of Omaha, Nebraska-based HDR Engineering Inc. moved.
