Description: This project renovates an existing building into a child care and health care facility for Jordan Valley Community Health Center. The day care will serve newborns to age 5, including children with disabilities, and comprises four rooms and indoor and outdoor play areas, project officials say. The lobby for the health clinic will have an information center and interactive projector for children, while treatment will be given in four medical exam rooms, four dental exam rooms, and optometry and telehealth areas.
