Officials familiar with the project have said Primas Mexican Grill is leasing the endcap to relocate its Ozark restaurant. Torgerson Design Partners LLC is the project architect, with engineering work by CJW Transportation Consultants LLC, Pinnacle Design Consultants LLC and Green Engineering LLC.
