Project description: Logan West Living is a community of 31 two-bedroom units and eight three-bedroom units across seven buildings. The multifamily complex is on over 6 acres near Highway 60. The building exteriors are constructed of stone, vinyl siding and composition roofing. Wallace Architects LLC (Columbia) is the project architect, as well as the structural and mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. Additional engineering work is by Crocket Engineering (Columbia), civil, and Palmerton & Parish Inc., geotechnical.
Moseley’s Discount Office Products was purchased; Side Chick opened in Branson; and the Springfield franchise store of NoBaked Cookie Dough changed ownership.
