Project description: Jordan Valley Community Health Center is renovating a former Price Cutter grocery store into its Ambulatory Surgery Center. Officials say the first phase of the project includes building out surgical rooms and preoperative and postoperative procedure rooms. Jordan Valley purchased the building and surrounding acreage for $2.9 million in December 2020 and has been using the site as a COVID-19 vaccination clinic, officials say. BRP Architects is the project architect, RTM Engineering Consultants LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer, and J&M Engineering LLC is handling the interior design.
