2021 40 Under 40 Yearbook: Dr. Steven Loehr

Honoree in 2015

Then: Founder, Loehr Chiropractic & Acupuncture
Now: CEO and Clinical Director, Loehr Health Center

For Dr. Steven Loehr, 40, the growth his office has experienced in the last six years is encouraging, but it isn’t enough for the self-described visionary.

In 2015, Loehr had just opened Loehr Chiropractic & Acupuncture. Now, the renamed Loehr Health Clinic has a new location, a much larger staff and a wider variety of services.

Loehr Health Clinic offers mental health and counseling, athletic training, family medicine and a variety of other services on top of chiropractic care and acupuncture. And in January, he hired Dr. Luke Van Kirk, owner of Command Family Medicine PC, as the center’s medical director.

Loehr says he isn’t done growing and expanding his business. While he’s often focused on where he is going, reflecting on his 40 Under 40 honor made him think about where he’s been.

“It’s kind of crazy. It makes me appreciate how far we’ve come. I probably don’t take enough time to think about that,” he says.

Best advice to young professionals? Work hard. Chase your passion. Remember your why on the tough days.
