Each of the projects highlighted in this summer construction report began with an idea. That led to the vision, which was followed with planning, design and securing capital. At this phase, construction, it’s time to move from dream to reality.

Brick by brick, these projects represent growth. This special coverage features expansive hotels and college residence halls to new headquarters and second locations.

Combined, these 23 active construction projects represent nearly $152 million and 1 million square feet of new construction, additions and renovations.
