A Nixa company's Better Business Bureau accreditation has been revoked.
Officials with the BBB say Premiere Exterior Solutions failed to respond to two customer complaints alleging the company failed to start or finish projects, did not contact them and did not provide a refund.
"The company has not addressed these issues or responded to BBB’s contacts," officials with the consumer watchdog nonprofit said in the release. "BBB asked Premiere Exterior Solutions for its resignation as a BBB-accredited business, but the company did not provide it."
Premiere Exterior Solutions, which conducts home improvements such as window installations, has a customer rating of 4.67 out of 5 on its BBB profile. The profile lists two unanswered complaints, three unresolved complaints and five resolved complaints.
Attempts to reach the business owner were unsuccessful by deadline. A Missouri secretary of state filing lists Richard Gillette as the owner.
