Keep Supply emerged as the No. 1 business last night in a countdown of the fastest-growing companies in the Ozarks.
The company, which makes industrial parts and equipment for food, beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturers, was announced as the top company in Springfield Business Journal's Dynamic Dozen during an event held at Oasis Hotel & Convention Center. The awards, detailed in SBJ's upcoming May 13 print edition, rank companies based on 2023 revenue and 2021-23 revenue growth percentage.
Keep Supply reported $31.9 million in 2023 revenue, a 175.6% jump over the three-year growth period. The company's 2021-23 workforce count grew 219% to 67 employees.

New to SBJ's Dynamic Dozen awards was the Dynamo Award, recognizing long-term growth. The award went to Springfield-based auto parts retailer O'Reilly Automotive Inc. (Nasdaq: ORLY). The company last year had $15.8 billion in revenue, compared with first-year revenue of $700,000 recorded in 1957, and around 90,000 employees, up from 13 in its first year.
"We have a common thing at O'Reilly and that really is the culture," CEO Brad Beckham said at the event. "A huge part of our culture and really probably the biggest testament to our success ... is our people. While that can be cliche, at O'Reilly that's everything."
Individual awards presented at the event were:
• Top CEO/Managing Partner: Gary W. Schafer II, managing partner at FORVIS LLP.
• Top C-suite Executive: Ericka Peppers, chief operating officer at Bryan Properties.
• Top Sales/Marketing Professional: Ryan Bowling, vice president and director of marketing at OMB Bank.
• Top Human Resources Professional: Jessieca Hollister-Graham, director of human resources for Digital Monitoring Products Inc.
