Col. DeAndre Davis recently exited as director of safety and security following the retirement of Toyin Akinola, director of transportation.
The latest departures follow the exit of Superintendent Keisha Scarlett.
The district has vacancies in department head roles covering academics, accountability, communications, food services, public relations, security and transportation, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
