Description: The Hartville R-II School District’s Federal Emergency Management Agency shelter doubles as space for middle school athletics, multipurpose activities and performances. Additionally, support spaces are being added for the band and choir areas adjacent to the new FEMA shelter. The federal share of the Hartville project is just over $2 million, according to a news release from FEMA.
