Description: The 28,000-square-foot Cassville Performing Arts Center consists of an 800-plus seat auditorium, classroom space and a connecting lobby to the high school, according to project officials. The auditorium is designed with fixed and retractable seating to allow for additional classroom space or to provide an area for banquet tables. The band classroom was designed adjacent to the parking lot to provide another location for practice. The choir classroom layout is sized to support the ability for the show choir to practice in front of full-length mirrors. The auxiliary classroom provides the district with additional space to be used by other departments or as a greenroom, and it includes dressing rooms. The exterior is designed to complement the existing high school.
