Apartments are available in a variety of layouts ranging from 480-square-foot studios to three-bedroom units at over 1,100 square feet apiece. The exterior materials and color palette complement the desert landscape of Tucson, with design officials saying the goal is to create a warm and inviting presence while still providing durability. Resident amenities strongly influence the design, including covered parking, a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor social areas, fitness center, conference center and dog park.
