The Wall Street Journal reports Xerox Holdings Corp. is eyeing a takeover of HP Inc.
HP has a market value of $27 billion, and the bid is expected to be at a premium to that valuation, sources familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal.
Xerox has a market value of $8.05 billion.
