Walmart reportedly is working on a subscription service that may rival Amazon Prime.
Called Walmart+, the service may include unlimited, same-day delivery of fresh groceries, text-message ordering and discounts on gas and prescription drugs at the companies' pharmacies, sources familiar with the matter told Recode.
A Walmart spokesperson confirmed a membership program called Walmart+ is being developed.
