“I want to be here on the open side with the client and educating and answering questions and giving them the experience I envisioned with this location,” says Kim Gardner, owner of Breathe Salt Vault. Gardner says she also gets nervous that she isn’t networking with clients or developing a social media presence. She decided to hire a part-time employee to allow her time to concentrate on those tasks. “Take that leap and hire someone that you can trust and train well to do what you would want to be doing when you’re here,” Gardner says.
