I-44 Interchange at Mile Marker 103

Crawford, Murphy & Tilly Inc. is the civil and structural engineer for an Interstate 44 interchange at mile marker 103 in Marshfield. Officials said the access point has been a priority for the community for the past 50 years, as the town’s population has nearly doubled and industrial development has increased. The city of Marshfield and the Missouri Department of Transportation invested $16.4 million in the project aimed to increase connectivity and provide congestion relief, economic growth and safety. Palmerton & Parrish Inc. provided the geotechnical design, HG Consult Inc. (Osceola) is the environmental engineer, and frankZdesign LLC is the landscape engineer. With H. R. Quadri Contractors LLC (Van Buren) as the contractor, the project is slated for completion in December.
Missouri State University’s science building, built in 1971 and formerly called Temple Hall, is being reconstructed and updated.
