The Neosho United Fund and Moark Industries of Neosho recently donated 75 Nintendo Hot Seats to Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City.
Through the United Fund, Moark Industries president and owner Hollis Osborne contributed the Nintendo Hot Seats to area agencies, including Children's Mercy Hospital. An egg-processing company, Moark Industries products are distributed nationwide.
The Hot Seats are joystick units attached to rotating chairs. When connected to the Nintendo unit, the Hot Seat can be used to propel the onscreen player forward and sideways. Children's Mercy Hospital uses the video games for therapy purposes.
