New tenants are leasing space in the Downtown Enterprise Center.
The center, located at Fourth Street and Joplin Avenue, is now an office space for Berger Business Advisors Inc.
The company, owned by Jo Berger, specializes in small business coaching and planning.
Financial planner Dale Phipps, and Nancy Peterson, with Peterson Consulting, have also leased space at the center.
Peterson Consulting offers stress management and accelerated learning programs.

BluCurrent Credit Union held a June 21 grand opening at an office building it renovated at 4520 S. National Ave.; Ozark Mountain Gymnastics changed ownership; and a Branson theater property made way for a new entertainment business with the opening of Star Concert Hall.
