In the nomination, Keys, who is an admitting clerk in the emergency room business office and a Skaggs employee for more the 20 years, was praised for being "so hard working" and "a vital part of our team." McKeown, who has been secretary in nursing administration for four years, was cited for "making a significant difference in the lives and work of many people" at Skaggs.
