The Branson Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce announced it will celebrate National Small Business Week May 29-June 6 with the following activities:
Hank Griffin will present a seminar called "Legal Issues for Small Businesses" 7-8:30 a.m. May 29 at the Golden Corral in Branson.
Several area mayors will be on hand to declare June 1-5 as National Small Business Week.
A second seminar will be held 12-1:30 p.m. June 2 at McFarlain's Restaurant in Branson on "Marketing Your Small Business on Limited Resources." Dr. Robin Luke, of Southwest Missouri State University, will be the speaker.
June 5, 7-8:30 a.m. at the Golden Corral, Rep. Tim Harlan and Dr. Stan Adamson, of SMSU, will examine health insurance issues for small businesses.
