“Having a five and seven year old, it is very important to teach the soft skills,” says motivational speaker Zachary Troutman. He says shaking hands and making eye contact when speaking are lost skills in the younger generations. Troutman recommends limiting screen time and finding ways to have meaningful interaction with your children. Build a sense of community at home.
