How Managers Solve Problems examines systematic process techniques for problem resolution. Held 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Dec. 8 at SMSU's Glass Hall, the cost of this program is $195.
Dynamic Communication and Interpersonal Skills for Managers will be held 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Dec. 10 at the Holiday Inn University Plaza. Focused on communicating in a manner that builds trust, teamwork and consensus, the fee for this program is $149.
