Planned Parenthood must make its case this week to a Missouri appeals panel.
Circuit Judge Michael Stelzer on Monday ruled he “has no authority to intercede in this matter until there has been a final decision by the (Administrative Hearing Commission)."
The judge's decision came three days after the Missouri Health Department denied Planned Parenthood's application to keep its St. Louis abortion clinic open. The judge's preliminary injunction expires Frdiay.
