Rick Windes has been promoted to assistant vice president, commercial lender II, at Mercantile Bank. Windes has been with Mercantile since 1993, starting in Joplin and transferring to Springfield last year. He is a 1986 graduate of Northeast Missouri State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration.
