Pellham-Phillips-Hagerman, a Springfield-based architectural firm, has added two professionals to its staff.

Mike Cosby has joined the firm as director of business services. Cosby has a degree in finance with an emphasis in economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is responsible for the firm's overall financial plans and office policies, including execution of the strategic plan; management of accounting, finance and support staff functions; administration of human resources; negotiation of purchasing and leases; and corporate insurance matters.

Pellham-Phillips-Hagerman has also added Avonna Schirman to its interior design department. Schirman previously worked with Grooms Office Systems, and she holds a bachelor's degree in interior design from SMSU. She is now working on an office addition to Lac-lede Electric Cooperative in Lebanon.

Ledbetter, Toth & Associates Inc. has announced that Kenneth M. Raming, PE, has become a partner in the firm. Raming has been with Ledbetter Toth for 10 years. He earned his engineering degree from the University of Missouri-Rolla and specializes in transmission and distribution system planning for rural electric cooperatives and municipals.

Jeffrey Sheeley has joined the staff of Springfield Builders Incorporated as project manager/estimator. Sheeley is returning to the area after several years of working for private and government agencies in Jefferson City. He has experience in construction management, design and estimating, as well as contract administration and digital electronics.[[In-content Ad]]
