Springtown Coffee Co.
Across from Sequiota Park, Springtown Coffee Co. is up and brewing in Galloway Village. The first-time business venture of husband-and-wife Justin and Allicyn Hollis opened April 27 at 3541 S. The menu features classic and specialty espresso and coffee drinks, as well as smoothies and pastries from Gardener’s Orchard and Bakery LLC in Brighton. Copper Canyon Coffee Roasters in Battlefield is supplying the coffee beans. The 50-seat, 900-square-foot coffee shop sits between Trim Salon and Precious K9s, with 2B Well LLC occupying the top floor of the multitenant building.
