Burlison Real Estate Network plans to market the Strafford West Business Center on a five-acre tract on the west side of Strafford between Interstate 44 and Route 66. Agent Patsy Hake said the proposed shopping center includes two out lots for additional development. The company plans to sell the land to a developer.
"It's a beautiful place for development because of exposure to I-44 and Route 66," Hake said. "And the way Strafford is blossoming, it needs a good commercial/retail center." For more information, call Hake or Maurice Burlison, 832-9400.
